While we were willing to look for our home for a while, Bo helped us find some good opportunities to meet our needs much quicker than anticipated. Bo was flexible with allowing us to contact professionals we trusted and using her contacts to create quotes for repair. Bo thoughtfully engaged with negotiation of the seller to come to a reasonable compromise for seller credit vs repair work needed. While I was only vaguely aware of the timeline tasks needed accomplished, Bo helped guide us to close on time.
